Registration fees include
• Lunches and dinners from Monday September 6 to Wednesday September 9, 2021
• A cocktail reception on Sunday September 5, 2021
• Accommodation and breakfasts on site for 4 nights (from September 5 to 9), in single-bed room corresponding to the comfort of a three-star hotel. If you wish to share a room with a person of your choice, please contact us directly at: contact@hyp-lyon.org
• Coffee breaks
• Attendance to all oral sessions of the Conference, access to the round tables and exhibition area
• Name badge and meeting documentation
• Final program
• Certificate of attendance and/or participation

Registration procedure

1. To register at the HYP21 please go to the Registration tab on the following link and create your account. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your account.
2. Please sign in with your email address and password. Go to the "Pre-register" tab, accept the terms of the contract and complete your registration.
3. Please select your rate, options and payment.

Payment methods:
1) - credit card (VISA/Mastercard)
2) - purchase order - only the French institutions
3) - check filled to the order of ”M. l’Agent Comptable UCBL”

Cancellation & reimbursement:
Important: we are committed to fully reimburse the participants in case the conference is canceled and / or if the health regulations of their institution do not allow them to attend the conference, until 2 weeks before the conference starts.

Please pre-register before April the 25th to secure your place at the conference and help the organization.
Full payment must be received before June the 15th in order to be considered as a participant.
